If you follow my instagram (teenhealthaholic) you would know that I am a huge fan of egg white oats. Recently, "senioritis" has been hitting me hard. For those of you who have never heard of senioritis it is the lack of motivation to do much since most of us already know we are accepted into college. In regards to school work I still work hard, if not harder that usual; however, I sometimes I linger around in the morning. It gets hard to wake up at 5:30 everyday and still leave time to make a nutritious breakfast. I also love taking my time to enjoy a cup of coffee. So, these On the Go Egg White Oats are great because I can make them in the beginning of the week, wake up each morning and just pop them in the toaster or microwave. You can add whatever you want into these too (nuts, berries etc.) I used my already made oatmeal from myoatmeal.com.
