This was a super fast recipe to make and I enjoy it a lot. Matcha is becoming a popular ingredient; I consider it to be an acquired taste.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1.5 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1.5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- honey optional
Directions:
- Pour almonds into a blender and pulse.
- Add the dates and pulse again.
- Add 1 tbsp matcha powder, cocoa powder, and almond milk.
- Pulse all the ingredients until a dough forms. I recommend tasting the dough and seeing if it is too bitter for you, if so add a little bit of honey.
- Roll the batter into balls and then dust with matcha powder.
- Let the truffles chill in the fridge before serving.
