I have already posted a Greek yogurt pancake recipe, this recipe is a little higher in protein. Just a note whey protein powder is not bad for you; it gets a bad reputation saying that it destroys your liver. Too much protein in general will kill your liver. Adding protein to your diet is beneficial and if you are hitting your daily macros (macro-nutrients fats, carbohydrates, and protein) you are fine. For regular people the ratio is usually 50% carbs 30% protein 20% fat. If you are active and toning you probably want to drop that carb ratio and push up protein intake. Also, be careful where you buy your protein from, check out your ingredients before buying!
