This recipe was completely random, I was initially following a recipe for "raweos",health Oreos, but then my blender started to break and I had to add a liquid into it. After adding the liquid I had to add other things and it perpetuated down until I suddenly created a whole different recipe. They are not overly sweet and there are no unnatural ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almonds
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 1 2/3 cup oats
- 24 dates (pitted)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin or mashed sweet potato
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (optional) (just for the top)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 and place baking sheets over 2 cookie sheets pans.
- Take out a strong blender/food processor and add all the ingredients other than the peanut butter.
- Once everything is fully processed together use a cookie scoop or 1 tablespoon to form balls, the recipe makes 24.
- Place pans in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Place 1 tbsp of nut butter into a small ziploc bag and snip the corner and decorate your cookies.
