I am not sure if anyone else feels this way, but to me everything tastes better roasted. Therefore, we have some carrot fries.

- 235 grams Carrots (going to be around 3-4)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and spray a baking tray with cooking spray, or spread about a tsp of olive oil on the pan.
- Peel the carrots and give them a quick rinse. Cut the carrots into 8ths (forming strips about the size in the picture)
- Place the carrots in a bowl and add the olive oil, then toss so that the carrots get coated
- Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and paprika to taste (you can always add more later on so add little by little), toss again
- Lay the carrots out onto the pan so that none of the carrots overlap.
- Bake in oven for 5 minutes and flip them using a spatula. Cook for another 5- 7 minutes until they are browned.
